ForKidsOnlyla.com will gladly accept returns for merchandise purchased through our website that meet the following conditions:
• Regular priced merchandise may be returned unworn, and in its original condition for a full refund less shipping if applicable for up to one week from your receipt of the merchandise. After one week, the merchandise may be returned unworn and in its original condition for a store credit less shipping if applicable for up to 21 business days from your receipt of the merchandise.
• Sale merchandise may be returned unworn and in its original condition for store credit only for up to 14 days from your receipt of the merchandise.
• Store Credits can be used either on the website or in our stores.
• Returned merchandise should be returned in its original packaging with a copy of the original invoice and returned to the address on the order invoice.
• Merchandise can also be returned to either of our store locations for store credit only. Merchandise must be in original condition with all tags attached and accompanied by the original invoice
• Gift Cards are non-refundable.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved for a full refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment less shipping(if applicable), within a certain amount of days, if applicable for a full refund.
If you are approved for a store credit, then your credit will be processed, and an online store credit will be issued out to the original purchaser's name less shipping (if applicable). If approved for an online store credit, we will email you a copy of the store credit as well as store it in our files, so you need not retain your credit, and it is valid for as long as we are in business.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
