Returns and exchanges are accepted on items in original condition, that have not been worn, altered, or washed, and with all tags attached.

- All orders generally ship within 24-48 hours on Monday-Friday orders. Orders received on weekends will go out by the following Tuesday.
- We use USPS Priority and UPS Ground as our primary shipping method.
- We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
- Full priced items may be returned for a full refund within 14 days of the ship date.
- All accessories are Final Sale and are not refundable or exchangeable.
- We have the right to refuse any returns received past 14 days.
- All items must be returned in their original packaging, unworn, with original tags and labels attached.
- All returns must be accompanied by a receipt.

- All sale items 50%off or more are final sale! We cannot accept returns or exchanges.
- All items 1% - 49% off may be returned for a store credit within 14 days from ship date.
NEED TO MAKE A RETURN
- We do not cover the costs of the return.
- If your return brings the total of the initial purchase below $150.00, the appropriate shipping charges will be deducted from your return.
- You are responsible to ensure the return is delivered to our office. If we do not receive it we cannot issue a refund or credit.
- Shipping fees are not refundable.
- Please contact us to get a return authorization number and put that number on your return . Once we receive your package we will refund your credit card or issue a store credit.
- Your refund may not show up on your credit card for 5-7 business days.
- If you are returning a gift please call customer service at . We can issue you a store credit.
