Returns and Exchanges


 Returns and exchanges are accepted on items in original condition, that have     not been worn, altered, or washed, and with all tags attached.

FREE SHIPPING ON ORDERS OVER $150.00

  • All orders generally ship within 24-48 hours on Monday-Friday orders. Orders received on weekends will go out by the following Tuesday. 
  • We use USPS Priority and UPS Ground as our primary shipping method.
  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

DOMESTIC ORDERS

  • Full priced items may be returned for a full refund within 14 days of the ship date.
  • All accessories are Final Sale and are not refundable or exchangeable.
  • We have the right to refuse any returns received past 14 days.
  • All items must be returned in their original packaging, unworn, with original tags and labels attached.
  • All returns must be accompanied by a receipt.

RETURN FOR A SALE ITEM

  • All sale items 50%off or more are final sale! We cannot accept returns or exchanges.
  • All items 1% - 49% off may be returned for a store credit within 14 days from ship date.

NEED TO MAKE A RETURN

  • We do not cover the costs of the return.
  • If your return brings the total of the initial purchase below $150.00, the appropriate shipping charges will be deducted from your return.
  • You are responsible to ensure the return is delivered to our office. If we do not receive it we cannot issue a refund or credit.
  • Shipping fees are not refundable.
  • Please contact us to get a return authorization number and put that number on your return . Once we receive your package we will refund your credit card or issue a store credit.
  • Your refund may not show up on your credit card for 5-7 business days.
  • If you are returning a gift please call customer service at                    . We can issue you a store credit.
